Within the contribution of Bingöl Chamber of Commerce and Industry 
"Investment Consultancy and Entrepreneur-Ship Promotion Center for Entrepreneurs" is established in order to avoid unemployment and provide new working areas. The Center is established in Bingöl Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is giving consultancy services. The center is furnished with required equipments.
INVESTMENT CONSULTANCY AND ENTREPRENEURSHİP PROMOTİON CENTER IS OPERATİNG
THE SERVİCES OF THE CENTER ARE AS FOLLOWING
1. Informing2. Training3. Investment consultancy and development entrepreneurship services will be given,4. A database will be formed in the center to conduct the consultancy services5. Through out the center experts and volunteer experts, activities such as identifying convenient investment areas, directive facilities while doing survey, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, researches of market finance and technical subjects, training programs about subjects which entrepreneurs need, preparing business trips activities for improving female entrepreneurship are going to be organized.6. By means of the employment counseling – work table data base, information about the employment facilities will be provided for the target groups.
7. Volunteers, the members, and the counseling services will help the beneficiaries on the entrepreneurship, planning and the documents related to the completion financial supplies for 3 hours days a week. 8. A press conference will be held to introduce the center. All the local journalists will be invited to this meeting. The goals and the aims of the centers will also be mentioned and the brochures will be distributed.
