* Establishment and Works of the Project group
The project group will be consisted of 15 people and will be given some specific responsibilities for 12 months. 5 people will work full-time and 10 people people will work part-time.
* Entrepreneur Training Courses
Courses will be given to 120 entrepreneurs as in 4 groups.                                                                                                                                * Entrepreneur Seminars
There will be 12 seminars. 60 people will join to each seminar.
* Investment Counseling Center for Entrepreneurs                                                                                                                                       Center will be established for improving counseling service, preventing unemployment and creating new working areas with contributions of Bingol Chamber of Commerce and Industry .
* Preparation of brochures and manuals about applications
* Technical trips to Europe
