Total duration of the action: 12 moths
Objectives of the action:
• To create employment opportunities (improve employability) for the unemployed,
• To Raise capacity utilization rate of SMEs in Bingöl
• To provide sustainable development through increasing the number of new enterprises and sectors and reducing the number of SMEs closing in its first years
• to enhance entrepreneurship skills of unemployed male, female and the handicapped and give consultancy support to entrepreneurs and new SMEs
• Improve consultancy service of the Chamber in the area through capacity building;

Estimated results:
• Necessary infra-structure for investment Consultancy and entrepreneurship centre
• Increased Skills and knowledge of the staff Working at Chamber
• Diversification of regional businesses; an increase in the survival rate of new SMEs;
• Improved competitiveness of businesses created and an increased demand for incubator & grow-on business spaces.

• activity 4: establishing an investment consultancy and entrepreneur- ship promotion center for entrepreneurs
